This is a design I created for Bonnie Christine's class on Intro to Pattern Design class on SkillShare. Since its one of my first patterns I made it took along time and several months and false starts to get right. I am happy how it turned out, however.
I had created many, many sketches for this pattern. Many did not get in the pattern but may end up in one eventually. I sketched with several pens through out. But the sketches I was most happy with the result were Faber Castell Pitt Pen Brush pens. They result in a nice black line and the brush tip helps create a nice quality to the line.
I am happy with the pattern as is but am concerned it may be a wee bit too colorful, 17 distinct colors including background, for some printers I may edit some of the colors at some time.
